I’ve forgotten my login password, what can I do?
Click the 'Login' top of the page. You’ll see 'Forgot Password?' link. Click the link. Then enter the email address you use for your account. Click 'Send new Password' and we’ll send your new password.

How do I change my login password?
You can change your login password by logging into your account and clicking the My Profiles > Change Password menu link at the top of the page. Please note that once you have changed your login password, you will need to use it the next time you login.

What should I do if I have not received the email that contains my new password?
The email might have been accidentally flagged as spam. Try looking for it in your spam folder. Try reset password again. If that doesn't work, Contact Us.

How do I change the email address that I’m registered with?
You can change your registered email address by logging into your account and clicking on My Profile > My Details menu link. At the bottom of My Details page click on ‘Update your email address’ link,. Please note that once you have changed your registered email address, you will need to use it the next time you login.

Can I setup multiple users for my Jobberland account?
Yes, once logged into your account click on Company -> Manage Users and then create new user who will able to control company profile.

Can I change my registered company name/details?
Yes – click on Company -> Company Profile menu link at the top of page.

How much does it cost to post a job vacancy?
Jobberland provides free service for you to advertise a job vacancy. From single job postings ideal for smaller companies; to multiple job postings ideal for larger companies.

Can I add my company logo/banner to my job postings?
Yes - whilst logged into your account, you can setup your company branding by clicking the Company > Company Profile menu and under Upload a logo.

Can I see my job applications online?
Yes – but only basic information is display.

Why can’t I find my job vacancy?
If you are searching for the job using keywords please ensure that your search terms are correct. Please remember job needs to approved by administrator before it goes live, it will take maximum of 24 hours to review your post. If you are still having problems finding your job vacancy, please contact us.

How do I edit one of my jobs?
Edit your jobs by logging into your account and accessing Job Manager. Once you have found the job, click the Edit option within the Actions menu.

Can I re-post/re-advertise one of my jobs?
Yes, you can re-advertise a job.
Log into your account and access Job Manager, find the job you would like to re-advertise and click the Clone option within the Actions menu.

How do I expire/delete one of my jobs?
You can remove a job.
Log into your account and access Job Manager, find the job you would like to delete and click the Delete option within the Actions menu.

How do I find an old job posting on my account?
Job postings can be viewed within Job Manager for up to 3 months after they have expired. If you need to retrieve the details of a job posting that is older than 3 months please contact us via email.

What is the CV Database?
A service allowing recruiters to search through thousands of local, national and global CVs uploaded to the Jobberland candidate database.

How much does it cost?
Searching the CV database is free and unlimited. Payment is only required if you would like to reveal a candidate’s contact details and download their original CV document. To see our full range of CV database products and prices, please click on Products menu link..

Can I receive CV alerts by email?
Yes - once you have carefully chosen your search criteria you can save your CV searches, and choose to receive email notifications.

Can I view my downloaded CVs again?
Yes - you can view a full list of all the CVs you have previously downloaded by logging into your account, followed by clicking the Manage Candidates link within the Candidates. Candidates CV will not be accessible for review when they have been deleted by the candidate or have been passed the end date - if you want to keep them permanently, save them to your computer or print them.
